The Ownership of this established 300 unit timeshare resort property created a special assessment to build a true fantasy pool and entertainment area. The project includes a two story clubhouse and activity building, zero entry fun pool, secondary adult pool, 270 LF lazy river, 60 foot double slide tower, and children’s splash pool. Adjacent to the pool area is a full service bar that allows seating poolside. Other activities include two spas located in a quiet area. The spas share a two sided fireplace with a terrace that serves special functions. FCA provided the amenity site planning and construction documents for the pools, decks, hardscape amenities, architectural amenities, landscape, and irrigation.
