St. John’s Town Center in Jacksonville is a lifestyle center with shopping, dining, entertainment, and living opportunities.  The second phase of St. John’s Town Center extended the main street environment southward with approximately 230,000 square feet of retail on 43 acres. Forty new stores themed to capture the elegance of Palm Beach and Worth Avenue make up the street character. The terminal focal point for the streetscape is an urban park surrounded by four upscale restaurants.
