Sheraton's Vistana Villages

Vistana Villages timeshare resort development is owned by Starwood Properties. FCA designed all site amenities including a 13,000 square foot pool complete with waterfalls and secondary pools and spas. Guests arrive over a highly detailed bridge to the Flagler/St. Augustine style gatehouse and  main clubhouse. The porte-cochere fronts waterfalls and lush tropical landscaping. Each guest unit focuses on large interior lakes that serve as the site retention facility. FCA turned this engineered requirement into a dynamic water feature with waterfalls and boardwalks.
