1701 Central is a luxury apartment located in downtown St. Petersburg. The site consists of two large amenity courtyards, one with a resort-style pool with an extended shallow lounge shelf for in-water seating, a sunken grilling and dining area with custom trellis and walls which complements the architectural style, linear fountain feature for soothing white noise and lounge deck seating. The second amenity courtyard features a fire table, grill counters for outdoor cooking and several outdoor games which can be enjoyed by the residents.

FCA was responsible for the design documentation and execution from Schematic Design through Construction observation including site design, landscape, irrigation, pool layout, exterior furnishings, exterior accent lighting and complete coordination with other design disciplines.
