Aria

Bradenton, Florida

 

Aria is a luxury apartment project located in downtown Bradenton. The site consists of a large, resort-style amenity pool with lounge shelf seating, grills and outdoor dining areas, fire table and outdoor games. Many large, existing trees were saved during the design and construction of this project, which not only provides shade, but also helps add a sense of heritage and longevity to the modern complex. The pool amenity area is positioned adjacent to a stormwater pond with a fountain feature. A custom trellis canopy and gathering space offers residents a comfortable outdoor experience.

FCA was responsible for the design documentation and execution from Schematic Design through Construction observation including site design, landscape, irrigation, pool layout, exterior furnishings and complete coordination with other design disciplines.
