Located in the Lake Nona DRI, this project is nestled on a 70-acre parcel of land. Fronting Lake Nona Boulevard, the 144-lot residential neighborhood backs up to the conservation area of Buck Lake. The main entrance of this gated community bisects two ponds with a diagonal wall anchored on both ends with icon towers. The secondary entry uses one icon tower to anchor the gated entrance.  A park featured at the center of this linear project provides mailboxes, a seating plaza, and shaded pond overlook.

FCA designed the entrance features, hardscape, signage, mailbox structure, pond overlook structure and the landscape and irrigation of the common areas. The irrigation design includes a two-wire master plan that provides central irrigation control to common areas and the individual homes. The community’s landscape and irrigation are maintained in common.
