Fountains at Falkenburg

As a new housing type for Atlantic Housing Partners, the Fountains at Falkenburg brought site amenities to a new level.  This project offers 152 senior living units on a 10 acre site.  The residents are not only offered well-appointed units, but a full package of outdoor amenities to meet adult lifestyle needs, such as sitting areas, waterfalls, streams, handicap accessible pools, outdoor fireplace, artificial putting greens, pond overlooks, and a community vegetable garden.  The project has been designated as a Certified Florida Friendly Landscape project for its landscape sustainability.
