Golden Oak

Golden Oak is a 300 acre residential community located in the northeast corner of Walt Disney World. The project displaces an older 18-hole golf course to make room for whole ownership properties. The main entrance was designed to address the quality and privacy that the community offers. The entry has a landscaped median along a private entry road, perimeter buffers, and a semi-private driveway entering the sales/welcome center parking lot. The main boulevard to the community blends the natural habitat with well-manicured landscaping. Sidewalks, boardwalks, and bridges provide circulation and recreation within this community. Throughout the property, open spaces and common areas create a number of pocket parks, plazas, and destination points.
