This resort-style apartment development is located just minutes from SeaWorld Orlando, SeaWorld Discovery Cove and several other local attractions. The property features six luxury apartment buildings, a resort pool amenity area with lounge seating, hammocks, grilling areas and a fire pit. The 2,500 square foot pool includes a zero entry and in-pool lounging. Shaded seating and areas for outdoor dining and activities contribute to the appeal of the exterior amenities.

FCA was responsible for the entire area development design effort including all pool design, hardscape, aesthetic grading, landscape, amenity and site lighting, exterior furniture selections and complete coordination with other design disciplines.  FCA was involved from preliminary design through construction observation.
