This residential community is on Narcoossee Road. The property consists of 142 acres and 508 residential lots. This unique, gated community is planned with lots fronting stormwater ponds providing waterfront lots to 80% of the homeowners. The recreational amenities include a 6,000 square foot clubhouse with swimming pool and interactive pool. A large fitness room and community room make up the clubhouse space. Two tennis courts, a multi-use court, two pickleball courts, two playgrounds and open parks make up the balance of the recreational amenities. 
 

FCA served as the prime consultant for the area development. Under our contract we carried Architecture, MEP and Structural for the clubhouse building. We provided the initial programming and layout for the clubhouse which was closely integrated with the pool amenities and area development.
