This multi-family development blends modern and classic design for a relaxed residential experience.  The site is comprised of 381 units within 7 buildings plus a clubhouse/pool amenity  area which overlooks a salt water marsh. The amenity area features a zero entry pool with water emitters, a spa, fire pit, outdoor cooking, and a function building.  Other amenities on site include a putting green, dog park, kayak storage areas and a children’s tot lot.

FCA was responsible for the area development design including the pool amenity, hardscape, grading, landscape and irrigation as well as coordination with other disciplines for site/accent lighting. FCA was involved in the conceptual phase of the project through construction observation.
