The Del Webb brand by Pulte Homes focuses on Resort Style Communities for socially active adults.
This residential community will be in Tavistock’s 24,000-acre Sunbridge PUD. It will consist of 1,373 residential lots on 711 acres. The first phase consisted of 198-acres with 446 homes. This first phase features the community’s Clubhouse and Amenity Center.

 

FCA provided the design of pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, outdoor amphitheater, as well as landscape and irrigation design for the entire community.  The main entrance located on the north end of the site was designed to pay homage to the St. Johns River. As a unique north-flowing river, the two massive water features present their flow to the north. Phase 1 also included eight model homes and a sales center.
