This unique residential community is built on Lake Butler in southwest Orlando. With 180 acres, this once pine forest was converted to an Italianesque themed project. Using the Tuscan and Andalusian architecture, the story line for this project is built around an old villa homestead. Out buildings include a retrofitted guardhouse, summer kitchen, pigeonnier and old pump house creating the remnant framework for what would appear to be the old estate. Stone and precast details articulate the architectural amenities. The site accommodates 117 lots ranging from one-acre estate homes on the lake to manor homes with rear alley.
