Built by Pulte Homes, this community features a 14,000 sq. ft. clubhouse, zero-entry resort-style amenity pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and interactive water playground. The Island bar serves food and drinks for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, cornhole, shaded kid’s play and firepits to watch the nightly Disney fireworks show.
